Study Visits in Jyväskylä Open the Window to Finnish Education
At study visits and learning journeys in Jyväskylä visitors get to know the principles of the Finnish education system. Gradia has hosted thirteen study visits and learning journey groups from China, Hong Kong, Russia, Malesia and Wales within the period from August to October this year.
The Finnish social and health care is one of the fields the Chinese educators want to learn more about. A ten-day training for Chinese social and health care teachers from Changzou Hygiene Vocational Technology College was organized at the beginning of October in cooperation with the Satakunta Educational Federation and EduCluster Finland Ltd.
Chinese education providers are also interested in Finnish general upper secondary education. A group of Chinese teachers will visit Gradia in November to learn more about general upper secondary education in Finland.
