The recognition granted by the National Agency for Education is an indication of the high-quality of Gradia’s international activities. The accreditation ensures funding for both student and staff mobility for the current seven-year financial framework of the European Union.
New in general upper secondary education
Gradia’s VET education has been a holder of the predecessors to accreditation, the mobility certificate and charter since 2009. Accreditations for general education were now awarded for the first time and Gradia was among the 50 recipients of the first general education accreditations on 12 February 2021.
Erasmus+ accreditation enables systematic and strategic mobility activities during the Erasmus+ Programme period 2021-2027. Accreditation demonstrates the organisation's commitment to the quality standards of the programme. Accreditation secures regular annual funding for student and staff mobility. Applications for accreditation were assessed based on transparent criteria which were the same in all programme countries.
Strong roots
Gradia's educational institutions launched their international activities over 25 years ago and internationalisation has been a strategic priority for more than 10 years. Gradia is an active participant on the international scene and provides required competences needed by its’ graduates and the region.
Multidimensional international activity
Providing international competences for students is carried out through various measures, such as internationalisation at home, mobility, blended learning periods, as well as development and network projects.
Gradia's staff have also excellent opportunities to develop their international competences and renew their skills through mobility by participating in training, benchmarking, and international teaching exchanges or in development project activities or taking part in education export operations.
